Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations:

The cancellation might not be granted if you have already accessed or started the course since the materials and resources become available to you immediately upon registration.

2. No Cancellation for Specialized or Limited-Time Courses:

We do not process cancellations for courses that are part of special promotions, discounts, or limited-time offers.

3. Refund Policy for Unsatisfactory Content:

If a student finds that the quality or relevance of the course content doesn't meet their expectations, they can reach out to our Customer Service team. However, please note that once the payment is processed and services are rendered, we do not issue any refunds.

We will consider the quality-related concerns once our review team has assessed the issue. Such complaints should be raised within 7 days of accessing the course content. Refunds will not be granted for these concerns, but we will address any quality issues raised.

4. Course Content Discrepancies:

If you feel that the course content delivered differs from what was showcased on our platform or doesn't align with your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of course access. The Customer Service Team will evaluate your feedback and take the necessary actions, but please note that refunds will not be issued in these cases.

5. Courses with External Affiliations:

For any issues or concerns regarding courses that come with certifications or accreditations from external institutions or organizations, please direct your queries to the respective bodies.

6. Refund Processing Duration:

In the event a refund is approved, it will typically take between 16-30 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the student's financial account. However, refunds will not be granted once payment is made and services have been rendered.
